Reschedule your appointment:
If you need to reschedule your appointment, you can access this option in your confirmation email up to 48 hours prior to your class start time. Please do not cancel your registration if you need to reschedule. Follow the steps below to reschedule your class or contact us via phone.
Should you need to reschedule your class within 48 hours of your class start time, please contact our office at 916-481-4277.
Cancel your registration:
Should you need to cancel your registration, you can do so by following the steps in your email confirmation (see example below) up to 48 hours prior to your class time. There will be a $10.00 processing fee for all requested refunds from cancelled registrations up to 48 hours prior to class start time.
If you need to cancel within 48 hours of your class time, please contact our office. There are no refunds for registrations cancelled within 48 hours of class start time. Thank you.
1. Navigate to the confirmation email that we sent to you when you initially registered for your class (note: search “Registration Confirmation” if you get a lot of emails, it might be buried.)
2. Scroll to the bottom of the email and click “Change/Cancel Appointment”
3. On your appointment page click “Reschedule”
4. Browse the calendar, pick and click your preferred class date.
5. Reschedule that bad boy by clicking “Reschedule”.
